American healthcare is crap!!!!!

My roommate Laura Leslie, whom most of you know, needs help ASAP - she needs a small back procedure to help eliminate the debilitating pain she's in.  It's not that much money but the timing is awful and neither of us has it.  Any help you can give would be amazing!
