Study Abroad in Honduras
About me
Hello, my name is Hannah! I am a senior at Colorado State University, and my major is zoology with a minor in conservation biology. Due to my academic standing and field of focus, I have the opportunity to study dolphin behavior and physiology in Honduras in January 2023.
Why is this Important?
- Hands-on research with marine mammal behavior and physiology would bring skill sets that transfer to the real world, such as critical thinking and engaging in scientific studies and conservation.
- The trip would challenge me, invest in my future, and establish a leg up in an incredibly competitive job field.
The Cost
- I will need about $3,000. If there is any overage of funds, I will donate them to study abroad scholarships through CSU so that others may have the opportunity to study abroad.
- I had to commit to the program before knowing if I would receive a scholarship. If I receive a scholarship, the remaining amount due for the trip will be updated accordingly.
I am hopeful each person I reach will be able to donate even just five dollars. When everyone pitches in, the “many hands make light work” maxim holds true.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for considering partnering with me.
