Riverside Bridge Challenge

Help us to meet our Challenge.
We are in the middle of replacing our 90-year old bridge on our property. The bridge has become unsound and is critical to the safety of hundreds of people, including 266 with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Because Riverside is a nonprofit with modest reserves, we are limited in our financial ability to cover the considerable one-time cost for this deferred but essential maintenance. We turn to our neighbors, friends, families, colleagues and partners -- all who benefit from or care about this remarkable building and its significant impact on our community and region -- to help. The cost to replace the bridge is over $650,000. Over the last several months we have raised some funds through grants, staff, Board members, and other private donations.
Our partner and long-time supporter bankESB, has generously offered to match gifts dollar for dollar. They have offered this generous challenge gift up to $25,000. So if we can raise $25,000 they will give us $25,000. We need your help, now…
Your contribution today will enable Riverside to move ahead as quickly as possible to replace the bridge and resume normal day-to-day transportation operations for the people we serve throughout the Pioneer Valley.
Funding for the Bridge allows Riverside to be in the heart and center of community life. Preserving the viability and usage of this historic building secures a home for Riverside well into the future.
