River Queen Greens Spring Community Shares

River Queen Greens is an urban farm in New Orleans. We grow Certified Naturally Grown produce for home cooks in this city. Our main sales outlet during Covid-19 is our Farm Share that allows customers to purchase a weekly share of our veggie harvest and pick it up at a convenient neighborhood location.
We are raising money to help subsidize Farm Shares for neighbors who cannot afford a full price share. Our goal is to raise enough funds to be able to offer 15 community members half-off shares during our 19-week Spring season. We hope to play a small role in addressing the rapidly expanding problem of food insecurity and lack of access to fresh, healthy food during these challenging times.
