Rise- building youth centers

“Rise” is a project started by three UWCSA students called Leah, Gloriana and Alicia, and aims to empower the youth of the Hawane community close to Mbabane, eSwatini. We are planning on renovating a dilapidated unused building and transform it into a youth center where not only the youth can find a safe space, but the community can find alternative uses as well. Through the implementation of workshops, we will develop our skills and interests together with the Hawane youth. By donating to our project, you will be giving us the opportunity to establish a secure long-lasting relationship between Waterford Kamhlaba and the Hawane community where we can learn and grow together.
