Rise for Pies Tampa

Hi! We are Saanvi and Maya, and our initiative is simply a community outreach designed to support pizza businesses and low-income families. The funds would be directly going to pay for pizza pies, which would then be delivered as meals to families in need. Watch the video to learn more about our purpose.

By making a donation, the goal is to raise money for families that have children in school who depend on free/reduced-price meals. If this applies to you or a family you know, please reach out! 

As for help from the community, another goal of this initiative is to simply come together, whether this is through donations or volunteers.  Support comes in so many forms: people who would be interested in making curb-side deliveries, donating (anything counts), and perhaps most importantly, sharing this message. There is so much struggle right now, ranging from the international scale to each individual household. This idea is simply aimed at making a small positive impact, in light of an unforeseen, horrible situation.  We would love to respond to any questions or ideas regarding the logistics and basis of this initiative.
