Hey Everyone!!
My daughter Clarissa Baer Ratliff and her husband Tevan have been desparately trying to become parents for a long time now, but after an exhaustive trail of failed attempts, their long and frustrating journey has led them to IVF.
With meds, bloodwork, ultrasounds, embryo storage fees and incidentles, the costs will range somewhere in the $8K-$10K range even before the actual IVF cycle, which will be another $9600 or so. This is their price for just a chance at holding that sweet one in their arms
They have been scraping and saving to get at least half way there on there own and have several activities going on to help fund this dream, so I'd like to invite all of you whether family, friends or just good hearted folks that feel akin to this cause to join me in contributing whatever you can to cover the IVF portion.
If means don't allow right now, but your heart tells you you'd still like to participate somehow, these kids have a few other activities you can join in on:
Clarissa's Family Stitch

Salt Lake 5K
Footsteps for Fertility is holding a 5K fun race inSalt Lake City on Sept 3rd, 2016. The goal is participation and for each person that signs up for a team, the team gets a ball in the drawing after the race. The bigger the team; the more entry balls and a greater chance for the team sponsor to win one of the amazing fertility grants. The grants can range from $5000 toward treatment or a full IVF cycle. Either would be amazing. So, even if you don't plan to run/walk at the event, please sign up and run/walk in spirit with us!!
