With a heavy heart we annouce the loss of our beloved Robert Raymond Scarper. Rob was a beautiful soul and always had everyone laughing. he was kind and caring and always had everyones best interest at heart. On October 1, 2017 Robert passed away in his sleep in the middle of the night while away on a work trip. His bestfriend/brother Kevin and him were taking a truck load and decided to take a rest over night in Nevada.
His wife Emily Scarper is completely devastated and this tragedy has come so unexpected. Im asking everyone to please help the Scarper family with any kind of donation, as this was an unexpected situation and we were not prepared for this. Anything will help. Robert and I have been friends for over Ten years and he is considered to be apart of my family, I am completely crushed. Please pray for the Scarpers.
