R.I.P. LOURDES RABELO

Hello, it is with my heart broken that Share the news of my mom’s passing. MARIA DE LOURDES RABELO had a heart attack last week on Thursday while working. Although emergency service was prompt and fast, they got her heart to beat again, but she was 20 minutes without a heart. She was brought to the ICU of Hunterdon Medical Center where she had all the care she needed to help restore her health.
Unfortunately God had other plans and she was declared brain dead on Wednesday at 2:15pm.
She was an amazing woman and always helped whoever needed or asked her help. Because of her generosity, she opted in life to be a Organ Donor. On that note, even in death she will help lots of people, she firmly believed in sharing.
She had health insurance and it will cover most of the costs of the ICU, but since she stayed almost a whole week in the ICU, and her insurance only covers 75%. I have some savings but I’m sure it is nothing compared to the bill that will come.
Also will use the donation to give the service that she deserves. If there are any leftovers of the donation, I’ll donate to the children's cancer house my dad was treated in Brazil before he passed away. She used to help them as a token of appreciation of how they helped her and my father back then in that moment of crises.
Please donate, it can be a $1 or any amount, every dollar will be very much appreciated.
She was so loved by me, Paulo and Viviany and amazes me how much she was loved by her clients which she talked about like sisters and good friends. And all the people that have loved working with her “the girls” as my mom used to call them. She will be greatly missed everyday.
