It is with heavy heart that I post this, but a close family friend has passed away last week in the hands of ICE.
David Hernandez, born on January 23rd of 1986, is no longer with us.
The injustices he suffered, the pain, the immorality of the conditions at which they held him in ultimately led to his demise.
To protect the anonymity of the family, they’ve requested not many details be shared.
The need is to raise funds for the funeral. Since they want to bury his corpse in Mexico, it’s going to be expensive, including logistics. Please donate anything you can and help this family out. I will be fundraising the money personally in my name at the request of David's partner through this fundraiser. The money will be hand-delivered in the form of cash.
