RIP Adrian Sharkey

Donation protected
Adrian Sharkey passed peacefully, surrounded by family on September 7th. His untimely death leaves a huge loss in the lives of his wife, children, parents, siblings, extended family and friends. He was loved by many, and his love for others was evident to all. His devotion to his wife and children was an example to all who had the honor of knowing him. On Thursday, all he wanted was to renew his vows to his loving bride and return home to spend time with his family. More than anything, he would not want them to struggle with finances at this time. I know that his circle of family and friends reaches far and wide. I'm hoping we can all pitch in to ease the burden and pain. We all feel that his heart was so big that his body couldnt contain it. May we follow in his steps and love as he has loved us all.  At his bed side his father told us that in the Navajo language there is no word for goodbye, but rather "until we meet again on the hunting ground." If I could speak to him one more time  I would say, "RIP brother until we meet again, on that great hunting ground, we shall honor your name by caring for one another as you did in this life. Those of us closest to you will care for your bride and your children daily. This is my promise to you my brother, my friend." We will update arrangements for a memorial to this page soon.
