Trip to Rio + Macaè, Brazil

Hi friends!
One of my favorite parts of my life here in Fort Worth is my church family at the Paradox. I started going to the Paradox over 2 years ago, and I immediately felt right at home. It is one of my favorite places and I wish I could bring you all with me (seriously though, if you're in Fort Worth please come with me!). As many of y'all know, I have had a growing love for international missions since I went on my first mission trip in college in 2012. After I became a partner at the Paradox I quickly started looking into missions opportunities here. I first heard about the Brazil trip 2 years ago, and I have dreamed of the day I would get to go ever since.
I am SO amped to tell y'all that this is the year!! This spring I'll be traveling with a team from our church to Rio de Janeiro and Macaè, Brazil. We will be serving alongside our partners at Restore Brazil (restorebrazil.com) in their mission to bring restoration to their country through the good news of Jesus. We will be involved in putting on a kids club, ministerings to drug addicts and the homeless in the favelas, and sharing our faiths. I am so, so excited to be a part of this team! I can't wait to see all that the Lord is doing in Brazil, and how He is going to work through us to shine light in the darkness.
Unfortunately, this trip does not come without the need for financial support. The total cost is $3000, and I'm committing to contribute $1000 of my own money towards this goal. I would LOVE for y'all to partner with me and financially support me if you can! Any little amount will help me to reach my goal and pay for my trip.
