Riley got hit by a car. Please help

Riley is a smart dog and learned how to unlock our gate. She got out Monday night 10/16/17. She was involved in a hit and run from a car and was brought to the emergency. She has head trauma/concussion from what we know so far. She has a fractured scapula. Bruised lungs and air around her lungs and heart. She is alive and alert but still at the hospital. The bills are high and we are still not sure how much higher they will go. Might be another surgery to come and we are playing by ear so far. We are trying to have them cut cost or not do as much for her. Please help us and Riley.
