<div>On August 15, I’ll be pedaling solo from Seattle, Washington to Grand Rapids, Minnesota.

<div>It’s over 2,700 miles of open road—just me, carrying everything I need on my bike, camping along the way, and facing whatever the ride throws at me.

<div>No support vehicle. No easy way out.
</div>
<div>This is something I chose, not because it’s comfortable, but because it’s not.

<div>Every single month, nearly 44,000 men die by suicide around the world.
</div>
<div>That’s about 1,400 men every day.
</div>
<div><strong>One life lost every single minute.</strong>

<div>It’s not just a statistic. <strong>It’s a crisis</strong>.

<div>And most of those men didn’t want to die—they just didn’t know how to keep going.

<div>They were isolated. Silenced. Disconnected from a sense of purpose.

<div>I’ve felt that heaviness. I’ve had those quiet battles that no one sees.

<div>And what’s helped me claw my way out has never been comfort—it’s been challenge.

<div>Doing something that feels impossible. Taking on something so demanding that it forces me to show up, to fight back, to feel alive again.
