Rico Donaldson Legal Fee Help

Richard Donaldson aka Rico needs your help. If any of you know Rico, you know that Rico is intelligent, polite, and a very kind young man. Rico has overcome many horrible challenges in his young life. Rico spent his teenage  years at the Arkansas Baptist Boys Ranch. He was also a ward of the state of Arkansas until he was 19 years old. The trouble that Rico has gotten himself into would be a life changing situation to this young man that has overcome his past challenges. This change would not be a good change.

Rico works full-time and many weeks works 40 to 60 hours.  He has been employed by this employer for about 3 years.  I am a former coworker of Rico’s. I now consider him my little brother. In June of 2019 my mother and I were shopping. She received an odd call from Rico asking to be picked up on a gravel road about 15 miles out of town. He needed a ride back to town. We asked where we needed to take him. He told us the park because he had no place else to go. He said he was going to find a place there to sleep. We couldn’t have this. We brought him home with us. Our house is really small almost too small for the two of us that reside there. So, we sat up a tent and Rico slept in the tent for about eight weeks. Those eight weeks he saved his money and was able to get his own apartment which he still leases.

Rico is in DIRE need of help with legal fees. If any of you can help by giving anything it will add up and we can hopefully secure him good legal representation.

The following is written by Kenzie, one of Rico’s best friends.

“ Rico lives and breathes for his animals, he has SIX ferrets that he takes care of. All fat and sassy and honestly the sweetest animals I have ever seen someone raise.  Rico although he may not seem like it at first glance is one of the most kind, good hearted people I have ever had the honor of meeting. It’s definitely safe to say Rico cares about any and all animals more than most people, which shows his true colors if you ask me. I have had first hand experience with him around animals and he is so gentle and caring with any animal he comes into contact with. I love watching this young man’s face light up anytime he comes into contact with any animals, it is truly a beautiful sight, and all I wish to see is him helped  and around the things he loves and truly cares for. A man of this nature isn’t dangerous to our community nor does he pose a threat. Rico was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and it got him in a world of trouble which he doesn’t deserve.”
