Ricky's Road to Recovery

Hello to all. My dad (Ricky Oliver)and step mom(Denise Oliver) were in a car accident which led to my step-mother's death on impact. My father was lifeflighted to Hermann Memorial Hospital in Houston, Texas and has been in the trauma ICU since September 27th. He is not aware that his wife of 20 (something) years has left this earth, and has a long road to recovery before I tell him. 

My dad was suffers from intestinal damage, cracked ribs, fractures in his neck and is on a breathing machine. He was able to be taken off the vent a few days ago, but last night his body became too weak to breath on its own. On October 6th, my dad stopped breathing and the nurses performed chest compressions to save him. He is back on a breathing machine and he can't talk again with the tubes down his throat. He also has pneumonia, and received a chest tube today in his side to remove the fluid from his lungs.  My heart keeps breaking over and over again. 

I paid my dad's utility bills, but after this week I will not be receiving pay for days missed; I can only help so little now.  My dad is a self-employed plumber and is currently not bringing in any income. His wife's income is gone now as well. I am asking for a miracle from each of you to help my dad with the cost of living, medical bills, and a possible nurse for after care when he gets out. I  need financial help to pay his current bills until he can work again. I am not asking for a large total because I am hoping and praying he will be working again within a year. 

Anything you are able to donate will help. My father will have to also grieve over the loss of his wife when he is coherent enough to handle the news. I am by dad's side everyday, and I will be until the end of time.
