Rick Harris is a man who truly loves music. What he loves even more is being able to share his love with others. Rick has been a musician ever since he was a young boy playing home-made instruments in his backyard with his brother, while the neighbohood kids took audience.
As a young man, Rick left his birthplace of Petersburg, Virginia to pursue a music career. He teamed up with Rob Base and EZ-Rock and performed as a lead singer. He is known for his vocals in the Rob Base hit "Turn It Out" (1989). Since then, after many years of performing and being on the road, Rick had to deal with some health issues that he needed time to deal with and he took a pause from the music industry.
Just recently, Rick has decided to come back out and share some of the many songs he has composed over the years with the assistance of his nephew. Together they started a micro-talk show called "Rick's Real Guitar Talk" and put together an EP entitled "The Ebony EP" dedicated to his one and only daughter, Ebony.
Rick has composed hundreds of amazing songs of all genres over the years. He would love to be able to share some of these with the world. The world needs more GOOD music. He would love to be able to share it.
Rick is asking his friends and fans who would love to hear all the GOOD music that he wants to release to help him with the expenses of music creation, and more importantly music video creation for the Ebony EP tracks and beyond... Rick is an independent musician, and he wants to stay that way so that he is able to release new music constantly without restraints.
Rick would like to use these funds immediately to create high quality videos for songs like "Ebony" and "Eagle Claw" (The Ebony EP) that will take the music to the next level.
Rick will truly appreciate the support he is given and will provide an endless stream of amazing musical gifts that his friends and fans can enjoy for years to come.
