Rick Roger's Medical Fund

On Saturday, September 16th my brother Rick was watching a movie with his family when his heart stopped suddenly and 911 was called. The EMT's  used the defibrillator 3 times, worked on him for 45 minutes  and he was taken to the ER.  There was no explaination for what happened.  CT Scans came back clear on his head and his chest. He was put on a ventilator and moved him to the ICU.    His angiogram came back showing no blockages.   We now know he had a "Sudden Cardiac Arrest" which is fatal 95% of the time.  He has not regained total consciousness but has had periods of waking up, recognizing voices, and following commands (squeezing hands, making the ok sign, thumbs up).  He will need a permanent defibrillator implanted  in case this happens in the future.     He is the sole provider for his wife and daughter and needless to say, the hospital bills are adding up.   Rick has never met a stranger, and always has a way of making us laugh.    Even if you can't donate, please say a prayer.. send good vibes because we are all ready to have him back  to normal (Well, normal for Rick :)
