Rich's Wheelchair

As most of you know, Rich's electric wheel chair and van were damaged in hurricaine Harvey.  Insurance will not cover $1500 worth of necessary features on his chair, such as raising and lowering the chair. This is needed so caregivers can get him in and out of bed.  Also his van received $3000 worth of flood damage. His deductible is $500.  Rich's room  also received 15 inches of flood water from Harvey and he is presently staying with a caregiver.  Please help to get Rich mobile again.
