Richard Oldman Memorial Fund

Richard Oldman was a devoted father and husband, small business owner, and tenacious fighter who overcame many illnesses by sheer will and love for his family. He died peacefully at home on December 12, 2020. 

He leaves behind his wife Mags, who was his true champion and advocate, his daughter Aurora, 17, and son Lucas, 19.

The Oldman family needs the support of their community to cover memorial expenses and basic living costs to help them get through this difficult time and make up for a portion of lost income from Rich's business. As you know, Mags is an active community member and organizer, often in the role of helping others. It is not easy for her to ask for help. 

We are calling on their community, near and far, to step up with assistance for this incredible family.

I've known Richard since 1997, when he and Mags first started dating in Seattle. It has been a long and adventurous road for them, and it's heartbreaking that it is capping a year that has been difficult for so many. 

Funds are needed right away as expenses do not wait for grief to settle. Any amount is appreciated.
