<div>For the past year, Richard has been caught in a bureaucratic tangle while trying to get prosthetic legs covered. In the meantime, he still needs them in order to regain his mobility, independence, and quality of life. <strong>The out-of-pocket cost for two prosthetic legs is $30,000.</strong>
