Richard Cantu- Medical expense fund

Hello, My name is Gabryella Perez, and I am writing this for my grandfather, Richard Cantu.

In March, my grandfathers car was struck by an eighteen wheeler, leaving his car totaled.
The eighteen wheeler fled the scene.
With no information on the truck company, my grandfather continued to work. 
Since then he had been suffering from excruciating back pain. He did not know how bad his condition was until last week when he saw the specialist. The specialist admitted my grandfather into the hospital August 12, 2018 and he had to have emergency back surgery the following day (Aug. 13, 2018).

Thankfully the surgery went very well but now starts the healing process. Due to this procedure, he will be out of work for 6 months.

Most of you know that he is also a musician for Grupo Stampede.
So, along with being out of work, he will be unable to perform. This will prevent him from earning the extra income he depends on, making it even harder to support his family as well as covering the medical bills he will endure.

Richard is a loving husband, father, grandfather and an amazing friend to so many. He has made countless sacrifices and donated his talent, time, and energy to other fellow band mates and family members who have been through similar circumstances.

In his moment of need, a donation of any amount will be greatly appreciated.

The beneficiary for this campaign will be my grandmother, Blanche Cantu. She will withdraw the funds to cover lost wages and medical expenses as my grandfather (Richard) is recovering.
