<div>Friends, I am due for replacing my left knee on October 23. Because I live in a rural mountain area, I have had problems finding someone to volunteer to help me leading up to and the two weeks after my surgery. The surgeon and hospital demand that I have this help and it would not be wise to go without.

<div>I have found two friends and neighbors that can transport me to and from surgery 50 miles away, stay with me 24/7 for two days and then be either onsite or available to get my meals, help me around the cabin and just be there should I have any complications.

<div>I can't expect these folks to do this for free. so we have agreed to $1500 for this service. I basically live month to month, so don't have the extra funds to cover this.
