4th Annual Fundraiser
Background
It’s rice harvesting season in Pakistan, and for the fourth consecutive year, we are collecting funds to purchase rice supplies for the coming year. Rice is purchased in bulk during the harvesting season when prices are lower.
Darul Uloom Gujrat Taqwa Masjid has about 250 students whose food and expenses are shouldered by the institution.
The Need
This year, a 50-kg bag of rice costs approximately $63.
Alhamdulillah, funds for 15 bags have already been raised. However, the institution still requires 30 more bags to fulfill its annual needs.
Our goal is to raise enough for 15 additional bags—a total of $945.

Located in Small Industrial Area, Gujrat, Punjab, Pakistan, this institution is a pillar of the community, preserving and spreading Islam by providing essential education.
Unfortunately, the institution is underfunded, and its ongoing expansion project has incurred significant debts. Despite these challenges, it continues to operate with dedication and resolve.
