Dear Brothers and Sisters:
All praises due to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and His forgiveness and we believe in Him and rely on Him. We seek refuge with Allah from the evils of ourselves and the vices of our deeds. There is no one to misguide whom Allah guides and there is no one to guide whom Allah lets go astray.
Alhamdulliah we have initiated to build a masjid, named Riajul Jannat Jame Masjid, in our local community in a small village of Laksmipur, Bangladesh. My father Sheikh Md. Mozammel hoque took the initial initiative and donated his land worth around $15,000 and a cash of around $10,000. Also a good number of local community people came forward with their help and donated around $5,000 worth of cash and building materials. Construction of the masjid had been started back in December, 2016 and till now the foundation and pillars have been built. However, at this point we are facing some financial crisis and we need more financial help to complete the rest of the construction work.
Currently, we need to finish up the following phases of the masjid;
Phase 1: Walls, Roof and Windows, Concrete Flooring, and Entrance gate.
Phase 2: Plumbing, and Electrical working.
Phase 3: Painting, Interior & Exterior Finishes.
Brothers and sisters in Islam, we need your help to finish up the rest of the construction of the masjid. Please come forward and donate us as much as you can. Inshallah Allah will return you in rewards. The projected cost to complete all the three phases is approx. $30,000. Inshallah with your help and our hard work we are determined that we will be able to achieve the goal and complete the project.
Prophet (PBUH) mention on the importance of masjid-
To Allah, the most adored places are the mosques and the most undesirable places are market places. Mosques are the houses of Allah and those believers who enter therein are the guests of Allah.
