Nosara flood victim Justin & family

This is 19-year old Justin Espinoza, his partner Evelyn, and their 1-1/2 her old son Gonzalo.  They lost their home. and belongings during last week's horrific flood in our town of Nosara.  Almost a year to the day after they lost everything to Hurricane Nate the unthinkable happened.  During a sudden, fierce storm, the River Nosara once again overran its banks and Justin and his family were left homeless once more with only the clothes on their backs as they ran for safety.
They had no warning.  Awakened at 2am by knee-deep water, the entire house was submerged in 8 feet of water within an hour.   When it receded the next day, their home was uninhabitable and everything - including all appliances - was lost.  They have been sleeping on his father's floor while they attempt to rebuild their lives.
My name is Mario Steven.  My friends Michael Joseph Stress, Eriç Kurzbard, and I are committed to helping Justin and his family.  Justin has been a waiter at Mike's Beach Dog Cafe here in Nosara for 2 years.  Despite this devastating experience, he has managed to get to work every day - devoted to his family and continuing to support them.  We started this campaign to help them start all over again. We're raising funds to replace their ruined belongings and to help them build a new home outside of the flood zone on a piece of property Justin would like to purchase where his family can be safe and secure.

Justin is a hard-working dad who loves his family and friends, surfing and boxing.  They need our help.  Any amount you can donate will be appreciated.  We hope to start building his new home with any salvageable materials.  As a retired U.S. homebuilder, I am 100% committed to helping him build a new home.  Please open your hearts to this family.  They will be more grateful than you will ever know.
