The oldest ATO house in the country is desperately in need of repairs. We have a list of tasks that all donations would be allocated towards.

1) Kitchen ceiling repairs

Due to our lack of heating in the house, we had a pipe above the kitchen burst during the ice storm this winter. This has rendered the kitchen virtually unusable and a safety hazard. The brothers were able to make temporary fixes, but we need a permanent solution.

2) Composite Restoration

Over the years, some composites have gotten destroyed or gone missing. As brothers, you all have the right to have your picture hanging in the house. This fraternity was built by the brothers that came before us, and we want to emphasize this. We will redo every lost composite by the end of the semester.

3) Deck repairs

The deck is a staple in Rhodes ATO history. When we host parties, we often have 100+ people on the deck alone. This overuse has led to a few boards breaking. As of right now, we do not have the financial resources to properly repair the deck.

4) A/C Installment

Summer is hot in Memphis. We're the only house on the row that does not have air conditioning. When it's too hot, we cannot open the house for events/parties because the temperature inside is dangerous. Also, adding A/C will allow for brothers to hang out in the house at all hours.
