Please help me to get home

Please help me to get back home for urgent treatment! I have lived in South America for the last 23 years and am currently in the jungle town of Iquitos in Peru, for 13 of those years I have been working with and learning about the ancient traditions from various indigenous communities. This has involved many adventures and amazing experiences through which I have learnt so much, but also demanded physical and financial sacrifices, which have taken their toll to the point where I can no longer sustain my life here. I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis 5 years ago and have lived with daily pain for 2 years now, also I now have chronic fatigue , which was brought on by overworking in a healing centre and giving too much of myself to support others on their healing journeys. I now have added physical complications, my feet swelled and half of my right foot is numb and both feet are extremely painful, to the point where I can barely walk. I take extremely strong painkillers, which enable me to move about but are not healing what I can only describe as a mystery illness. The doctor here diagnosed Anaemia and left it at that. Quite honestly, I am scared!
My focus has always been about the healing and the knowledge, and never about making money but now I find myself in an impossible situation, without the funds or means to help myself. I am asking for your help so that I can fly to England as soon as possible in order to receive diagnosis and treatment, and essentially have enough money to see me through the first couple of months until I am, literally, on my feet. Whilst there I plan to work, sharing my healing knowledge with others, as I am certain that without these teachings I would not have had the reserves of strength that have kept me going up to this point.
This is very urgent, I lie in bed at night wondering if I will wake up tomorrow, or will another complication present itself, I feel very isolated and I am at my wits end. I am optimistic that being back amongst friends and family will aid my healing greatly. Please, please help me.
