Josh and Megan Osborn are a beloved couple from Columbiana, who were high school sweethearts and will celebrate seven years of marriage this summer. Josh is a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force Reserves and is just about to graduate with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from YSU. Megan is a Pre-K teacher at Heartland Christian School, where many children have thrived under her nurturing instruction. This past Christmas, they surprised their families by announcing they were not only pregnant, but expecting TWINS! So much excitement was in the air as both sides of their families anticipated their first grandchildren. Megan was healthy and the babies seemed well, until she went into labor on April 7th, 16 weeks before her due date. After struggling to stop the labor, an emergency C-section delivered two precious baby girls on April 8th. Finley Rogue weighed 1lb 5 oz and Riley Joy was 1lb 6 oz. Unfortunately, however, Finley had lost a lot of blood and was in great distress. After many attempts to save her, Finley passed away surrounded by her beautiful family. Since that time, Riley has been fighting for her life and continues to amaze the doctors. God’s grace has been so abundant in this difficult time as family and friends mourn the loss of Finley and rejoice for and cheer on Riley, in critical but stable condition. Because so many people have asked what they can do to help, we’ve created this fund to raise support for Josh and Megan as their income has been interrupted and expenses mount each day. There is a long road ahead for this precious family, and we appreciate both your support and prayers so very much!
