Fundraiser for mental health awareness.

5k a day!

Hi everyone. As most of you know I lost my bestfriend, my daddy 6 years ago to suicide. This is something I carry with me everyday. I have decided that I want to raise awareness about suicide/mental health and to let each and every one of you know that there is help out there, no matter how big or small you think your problems are. The full month of January I will be running/walking 5k a day to help raise money for my chosen charity LIPS, this will be in memory of my daddy Jimmy Craig. LIPS is a local charity who aid anyone suffering with mental health issues. All support and donations will be greatly appreciated, big or small.
