recovering from a hit and run

On Friday at 3:30 pm I was riding my motorcycle northbound on 880 north when a Toyota Prius cut across 2 lanes to gain access to the carpool lane and in the process caused me to collide with their rear bumper. The driver took off as I sled 40 feet to a stop. As I stopped I was on fire from the gas that ignited on the bike. Nobody stopped to help me and I had to crawl away because I thought the bike would explode. I quickly removed my jacket because it was on fire as well. This bike took months to build and I spent countless hours and hundreds to dollars into making this bike what it was. Not only was the bike and my jacket consumed by the fire but my camera equipment and laptop were damaged as well as they were in my backpack at the time. I suffered bi-lateral road rash to both legs as well as my abdomen and I also have an open wound on my left knee preventing me from driving my car which is a stick shift. My lower back is extremely sore and it hurts so much to do simple everyday tasks such as walking. I’m simply asking for help to recover some funds from the accident for my equipment and my bike. This accident makes it very hard to work and makes doing photoshoots a pain to get the right angles for my clients. This was more than a motorcycle to me, it was an escape from anything and everyone that overwhelmed me and it helped me calm down. Any one who donates will receive a landscape print and anybody who books a photoshoots will receive the shoot for only $100. All I want is my equipment and my bike back because insurance won’t give me much for it. What broke my heart the most is that nobody stopped and everyone just drove by recording me struggling.
