Reyonlds Family - Joanna Memorial Fund

Donation protected

Our dear Joanna Reynold's transitioned to heaven last night (23rd June) at 10;40 pm.
At the young age of 42, she fought a fearless battle with breast cancer and leaves behind a young husband Matt, a daughter Bernice and her beloved disabled son Emilio.

Many of us that knew Joanna understood her plight and passion for God and her family. When I first met her about 4 yrs. ago, I was in excruciating pain in my hip, my friend Tom referred her to us as Joanna  was
treating him as his Thai therapist and he had seen tremendous long term results in his treatment with her.
One treatment from Joanna and  David and I were "sold for life" with her tremendous gift and "healing
hands" and a smile.  Every single time you walked into her office that would just light up your day.

Since her diagnosis, Joanna believed deep in her soul she was going to "beat this", she is one of the most
positive people I have ever come to know, love and call friend.

Like many of us, Joanna was a small business owner and when she the cancer hit her body unexpectedly, she was just beginning to thrive in building her business to try to establish financial security for her family.
Unfortunately, the cancer took her out of commission and she had not been working for the last year, thus making it more difficult financially with now the tremendous loss.

I would like to help her family raise support to help them with her memorial and the bills and
expenses she leaves behind. Her son is also disabled (Emilio) and is in desperate need of long-term care for him. I will be doing a separate impact story video on Emilio in the coming weeks to try to raise sponsorship
for him to get him into a long-term care home in Georgetown for adults with Disabilities. Joanna as his
mother was his "primary caretaker" adn her last wishes and concern was that she would leave her
son behind without her by his side to care for him long term. More later that impact story and sponsorship
effort. But for now, most important is to raise support for this precious young family. COVID has hit many
American's especially hard but asking all of us to "do something" and share with our networks and ask them to give.

Please also keep Matt, Bernice and Emilio and Joanna's family in your prayers!

Thank you for giving and thank you for sharing with your network!
