Rey & Sonia's Surgery & Recovery

Rey was diagnosed with membranes nephropathy 8 years ago. It affects your filtration in the kidney and ultimately lowers the kidney's ability to function. His kindeys are now in complete failure. Because of this, Rey has been doing dialysis for months. He needed a kidney transplant and was going to be placed on the waiting list. But his sister Sonia is a direct match and is able to give her brother one of her kidneys. Both are scheduled to go into surgery June 20th. Rey has a recovery time of 4 to 8 weeks, and Sonia has a recovery time of 4 to 6 weeks. Both will be out of work for this long. We are praying for a fast and healthy recovery. Because both will be out of work, and still have to pay all of their bills we are starting this Go Fund Me Account.
