Rex Wayne's Education Fund
This is not something we would usually do but we are truly devastated by this tremendous loss. My Dad was loved by so many - especially our family. We are grateful for the outpour of love, support and prayers. Many of you have asked if there is anything we need.... and unfortunately the only thing we truly need is impossible. However, my Dad's wish was for his grandson, Rex Wayne (aka "Bubba Louie"), to go to private school. He is a gifted child and has brought so much joy to our family. He lights up the room - much like his "Pop-Pop". We just want to make sure that all of his wishes are carried out the best way we can. And sometimes it takes a village.
We are all still in shock but we're trying to be strong because we know he is watching over us and we want to make him proud.
We know he appreciates you all for everything you have done for our family during this time. He always made sure we were safe and sound. Your love and prayers have helped bring us some peace. It's just hard to believe that he has his wings already...
I wish Heaven wasn't so far away.
