Hey guys,
So most of you who know me know the battle I’ve been dealing with trying to be in my sons life, with the insane amount of resistance from his mother and her deeply rooted family ties in law enforcement since before his birth.
Between the 17+ police reports from the Lewiston PD, all on my court ordered time with my son and all ending in no finding of criminal activity to a full blown investigation by the Maine state police who for 4 years did not have or release documents regarding this investigation to me for me to be able to present in family matters court to show the extent this family has gone too to keep me from my son, with the help of their law enforcement influence.
Having spent nearly $26k in lawyers and court fees defending myself against ridiculous allegations by both this family and the Lewiston PD, I need your help!
Im too close now to risk going into this with no representation or council and it terrifies me to think that I’ll have too. The last 2 weeks alone I’ve reached out to numerous attorneys for help and have been turned away simply because council doesn’t feel they have the time needed to put towards my case as it is now considered high conflict, nor do I any longer have the funds that are being demanded in order to take on my case.
I need your help! Those of you who know me know I have a hard time asking for that, but there is just simply too much at risk for me not to exhaust every option and that I will do.
