<div>Der Verein hat sich zum Ziel gesetzt, das Freibad nicht nur langfristig zu erhalten, sondern es auch als lebendigen Begegnungsort zu gestalten, der die Lebensqualität in unserer Region rund um Wackersleben steigert. Das Schwimmbad ist ein attraktiver Treffpunkt für Menschen jeden Alters und jeder sportlichen Ambition – ob Jung oder Alt, ob leistungsorientierte Sportler oder Freizeitschwimmer. Hier können Kinder das Schwimmen erlernen, die Gemeinschaft erleben, die Freizeit genießen und neue Kontakte knüpfen. Unser Schwimmbad bereichert das kulturelle und soziale Leben in Wackersleben und den umliegenden Gemeinden nachhaltig.

<div>Zu den ohne hin schon sehr hohen  Aufwendungen für die Erhaltung der guten Wasserqualität und Energiekosten, müssen wir erstmalig aus Vereinsmitteln in dieser Badesaison Rettungsschwimmer einstellen, welches eine hohe finanzielle Belastung bedeutet.

<div>Tätigkeiten, wie Arbeitseinsätze , der Betrieb des Kiosks und die Kassiertätigkeiten werden von Mitgliedern im Ehrenamt übernommen. Dazu benötigen wir einen breiten Rückhalt und ein großes Engagement aus der Bevölkerung.
