Retreat Trip for Pastor Ben & Amy

Hello Legacy Family and Friends! As most of you know our church has been going through some difficult times. What you may not know is that Pastor Ben has been instrumental in holding our church together these last 40 days and doing so at great personal cost to himself and his family. While we are all effected by the challenges that our church is facing, none of us has been more personally impacted than Pastor Ben. As his pastor and friend I have encouraged him to take some time away to reconnect with his wife and children, reflect, pray, and be refreshed in the Lord. As a church moving forward into a season of change and growth we cannot afford for him to burn out. Unfortunately this is not an expense they can afford out of their families budget at this time. That is where we come in.  I would like to see us collectively cover the cost of a hotel room for three nights, meals, a rental car and gas. These things would allow them to go with no financial burdens or fear whatsoever. Will you prayerfully consider joining Sondra and I in blessing this family who has given so much to bless and care for our church? We would like them to take this time during the month of October so time is of the essence. We set the goal high in hopes of it being a burden free time away but whatever we raise will be enough.
