Retirement Gift for Murray

After 37 years of selflessly donating his time and expertise in service of the community, Murray Makin, who was instrumental in the creation and the ongoing success of the Baker Centre, retired from the Board this past June.
This fundraising pool was created for anyone who wants to show their appreciation by chipping in towards a retirement gift. Depending on the amount of money raised, this could range from a $500 gift certificate for dinner at an upscale restaurant to a $5,000 all-expenses-paid trip for Murray and his wife to see a Broadway show in New York City.

Lloyd Florence is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Murray Makin (not Steven Currie), but since we don't want to tip Murray off, Steven, who is the Baker Centre Treasurer, has agreed to collect the funds for the retirement gift and, due to the way that the app works, appears as the "Beneficiary".
