Retired Veteran facing eviction

Donation protected
I just recently retired from the United States Army after 20 years of service on 31 January, thinking I was going to receive my pension, disability, GI Bill on February 1st and would make the transition from Soldier, back to civilian. What I didn't realize, until after my account was overdrawn was that no money was coming. The Defense Accounting Service informed me that retirees do not receive their pensions until one month after their retirement date, my disability won't be processed by the VA until April and my Post 9/11 GI Bill payments can take up to 45 days. I have been actively looking for a job since the end of January but now I am facing eviction for February rent which was filed on 12 February. My rent plus late fees and eviction filing is $2,127, my light bill is $228 and my car payment totals $400 a month of which I am now past due. I would take this in stride and move from my apartment but I don't have the money to do that either. I filed for unemployment insurance but so far they are also taking their time. I haven't eaten and used my last 40 dollars to put gas in my car and feed my dog. I am in dire straits and don't know what to do.  The amount I asked for, $4500 is to tie me over until my pension kicks in and I get a job or to help me move in the next 2 days.
