- Richard and his daughter Elizabeth were on a trip to Oregon when they broke down at our local Dairy Queen Western Trails gas station. These are 2 amazing people that were taken advantage of in Kansas when a mechanic falsely fixed their bike resulting in a lot of damage. The bike is currently with a local mechanic by the name of Nick Finch. Nick was kind enough to pick the bike up and take a look at it for them. Thats when they found out the extent of the damage. Richard has served his country for 30 years and has been on numerous missions. Please help them get his bike repaired and get them back on the road so that Elizabeth can get back to her 3 boys and he can see his grand babies. They are currently staying at Route 66 RV park in a tent. The parks manager Lois Rush has been kind enough allow them to stay for free. The Owner of the park Andrea was beyond genourous to pay for some of the parts. I know we have an amazing community here and we love our vets. Anything helps. Thank you and God Bless
