Hi my name is Elwyn Dhliwayo and I am Fundraising for an urgent Retina Detachment Surgery. I was born a premature and suffered Retina Detachment on both eyes in 2022. Unfortunately I lost my right eye and now need urgent surgery for Retina Detachment on my left eye, which is the only eye I have left. The total cost of the surgery is £4300 approximately but converted to South African rands money needed is 100 000R. Funds raised will be used to pay for the urgent surgery and all other additional procedures needed or required post surgery.
