Restoring my 92 Camaro R.S. 25th Ann. Edition

I bought this car a little over a year ago. She runs, most of the time, but needs a lot of work. I want to restore her, rebuild the engine and transmission. I have less than 4 years to accomplish my goal. My youngest daughter turns 18 then. I want to get her top notch for my baby girl. She has no idea I'm doing this for her. I first have to get the ECM module and ECM relay before I do anything else. My husband is a disabled veteran and I am unable to work. I rescue animals and he has started graphic design. We barely get by on the VA disability he gets. So this really is a dream to get this done. If you find it in your heart to help, I would greatly speciation it! Thank you for your time!
