We're from the Logan community, and trying to help a local family in their time of need.
You may have heard about the 6 year old girl who was taken from her bed and assaulted by a stranger in the early hours on 16 October 2017.
While the man responsible has now been caught and facing multiple charges, there is a family behind the story who are trying to find a new home, replace furniture and help their children feel safe.
That's where the love and compassion of us strangers in the community can help.
Let's show them and everyone that we are a wonderful community, with strangers willing to help strangers in their time of need.
We’re hoping to raise enough for a new girl's bed, furniture, bond, or whatever the family may need to help get back on their feet. Each contribution - large or small - will help them know that the community has their back.

Permission has been granted by the family for us to do this, and all donations will go to the family throughout the campaign which will end on 22 December 2017. Despite it being hard for them to accept help, they are grateful for the support and the opportunity to show their children there are good people out there.
