Hello, everyone! We are The Price family and we've decided to reach out for help from our community and friends. My wife and I have three daughters, one who is autistic, and my mother who has been diagnosed with dementia. We've been hit with a string of bad luck.

Our family vehicle has a transmission problem that will cost almost $9,000 to fix. We aren't able to take out loans or borrow money to help fix it. We are barely getting by working to support the household as is, so this is a major setback to getting back on our feet that we can't afford. We have to have a car to take my mom to the doctor regularly, my youngest to get the services for her disability, and commute for work. My wife was also supposed to go back to school so she can focus on her career, but that has to be put on pause since we can't do the commute.

Our hope is to get enough funds to get the car fixed or find a suitable replacement around the same cost as repairs.

we managed to purchase a used KIA Sedona with the funds already received from here plus some help from family. While it is reliable it does need some work. New wheel bearings and new ignition.
