Hello everyone, my name is Carmelina and I live in the United States. My husband, Junior, is from Dumfries Jamaica. As you know, Jamaica just went through the worst hurricane to ever hit the Caribbean, Hurricane Melissa. The majority of my husband's family and friends still live in that community. It's a very tight-knit community.

So, we are starting this GoFundMe to help the community rebuild what so many have lost. This devastating hurricane that swept through our community left countless families without homes, essential supplies, and a sense of normalcy. The storm's impact has been overwhelming, but together, we can help rebuild lives and restore hope in this community that we love so much.

I want this community to know they are not alone, and we are here to give direct help to the many in need. We plan on sending supplies directly to the community by shipping barrels with supplies and materials to build. We are also working with local contractors to help rebuild the community. Your support can provide immediate food, clean water, and support to help rebuild this community. Let's help give them back the comfort of knowing they are not alone in this struggle and to help rebuild Jamaica . Please, no offer is too small; anything will help them. Thank you for your time and support.
