With no cell signal and limited information, they feared for their safety. Just hours later, the entire Altadena area was consumed by flames. The following day, Frank and Roxanne returned, braving the chaos, only to find their home and everything they had worked so hard for still burning.

Many friends and family members have reached out with offers of help but have struggled to connect due to ongoing signal issues and power outages.
