I am seeking for help for my sister who is struggling financially right now. I asked her to explain what is happening. Here is her story.

"I need to repair a brokem tile in the sanitary public service line. This is an extensive repair, which requires road excavation at least 12 feet deep. In the town of Fremont, because it doesn’t hit the main line and is a run off coming from the property, it is the owners responsibility to fix it, not the city. Unfortunately, insurance will not cover it because this is an issue that was going on previous to me purchasing the house that the prior homeowners did not disclose in the property disclosures. Many phone calls have been made and I’ve been given a range of estimates, but it’s quite pricy."

This problem only occurred during heavy rain initially. It has suddenly become a more emergent problem which has hindered her ability to shower, do laundry and use the restroom. Our family has done everything we can to help but the quote of $20k+ is not possible for us i just want to help my sister. This is my Hail Mary.
