Rio tram car needs a swim

Modern Heritage Tramways have been donated a Rio tram car from the United States. The funds that you donate would help with the shipping and restoration of the tram car. This would help put the Wirral back on the map as a tourist attraction, which in turn would help local businesses and communities grow. 
Modern Heritage Tramways is a new company that is looking to run vintage trams from around the world on Wirral United Kingdom. This is not a scam as Modern Heritage Tramways is a registered company and doesn't want to make there plans public yet. Yes we already know that Wirral has a tramway.
