Restad Family Fire Relief

Dear friends both near and far, this morning we awoke to shocking news that a fire that had started in Calisoga had quickly spread to Santa Rosa.  This fire, in addition to several others that are currently burning throughout Napa and Lake county was swift and relentless.  High winds caused it to move quickly and cause so much loss and devastation.  Our friends,  Anthony and Tanya Restad lost everything.  They built their home together and even though they are safe, they are devasted.  Having experienced the power of a fire like this in 2015 during the Valley Fire, my sister and I are asking you all to consider helping The Restad's out with a few dollars. 

We do know that Tanya woke up as embers were falling on their vehicles and that they were able to get out with their children and pets safely.   That part is great news.  But, as they process this loss and try to rebuild it will be helpful to have some money for clothes, food, supplies, etc.  I am hoping that my local friends who experienced this devastation in 2015 will find it in their hearts to contribute.  I am also hoping that Siskiyou County folks will chip in.  This is where we need a little Miner Power.  Lets go Miner alums.  We are a tight group and I know we can all make a difference as our dear friends try to get through this sad and devastating time.  Please consider donating, even a dollar helps.
