Rest in peace Sweet Nadine

Dear family, friends and community,

Please join us in expressing your condolences and support for Khadija El-sheikh and her family.
Khadija arrived from Morocco more than a decade ago and had just completed her degree in Pharmacy, working tirelessly to provide a good life for her children.

A fire erupted in the late morning hours while they were asleep at their home in Northwest San Antonio,TX on Sunday November 19th.

She fought frantically to save their two children's lives Hamad age 12 and Nadine age 6 but tragically she could not reach Nadine who had fled to the bathroom and sealed the door.
She suffered severe injuries to her hands breaking through glass windows to reach her children.

Eventually firefighters reached Nadine after all the family had succumbed to the smoke but it was too late to save her life.

Nadine was a sweet angelic child with the most beautiful smile and caring personality and the event has devastated the El-sheikh family, her friends and community in San Antonio.
